Cushla’s subject matter is rich with living things such as animals and plants, drawing inspiration from folk tales and the natural world with an occasional snarky social observation. She mostly works in acrylic and inks and grew up painting and drawing. She has been taking her art as a serious practice for the past 5 years and her style is constantly evolving.
