REBECCA NEAL

Kāpiti Arts Trail: Guide Listing no. 50

Artistic medium: Ceramics/Pottery

Rebecca Neal designs, works and teaches from her home in Otaihanga, Greendale  Studio (near Southward Car Museum). She has been living on the Kāpiti Coast for 11 years (previously Wellington), having moved from the UK 25 years ago.

Rebecca's passion for clay encompasses all aspects, from wheel-throwing domestic ware, to hand-building garden pieces, and large collectable decorative work. World travels have influenced her forms, to which she applies her colour and texture, giving them her own unique contemporary twist. Rebecca’s work can be found in collections within New Zealand, and around the world, including the UK, Sweden, Spain, and the USA.
